In our lives, we've all heard something like "everything you want is outside your comfort zone." This is true, but how do you know when the fear is real, or you're just uncomfortable? Is there a time to "push" to expand, or should we just let it happen naturally? Do we set goals or just let the flow happen? Or, is there a happy medium somewhere in between?
